The only sculpture Michelangelo ever signed, the graceful and delicate Pieta was considered by the artist not only the consummate expression of his own personal talent, but also the embodiment of the divine inspiration and ardent faith that guided his work.

Offered in limited editions of bronze, silver and gold, the Madonna has been meticulously cast from a master that was created from a mold prepared under the direction of the Vatican's own artisans from the original Pieta.
